    "My car had been in a crash and Church Brothers had been unsuccessful at stopping a leak in the front passenger door. Church Brothers had brought the car to Dryer before, but still the leak wasn't getting fixed. I was glad to be able to eliminate the middle man (Church Brothers) and work with you directly on getting the leak fixed. Aaron Brandes did a fantastic job of grabbing my problem and making sure it was fixed. He was absolutely wonderful! He worked with Church Brothers to get the history of the repair; worked with me and listened to me on what I had observed with the leak. He worked with two different insurance companies to ensure payment. He made sure I had a loaner car. He took care of everything.     "More than I expected. I didn't realize the car would be washed and vacuumed. And they were able to tighten up something within the car. The only negative is that I didn't realize it would take so much time to get the rental car and so I arrived at work about 45 minute later than anticipated. If it is ever possible to wait for my car, even if it were to take 2 hours, I would have preferred that. I could bring my work laptop since I believe there is wifi.     "My boyfriend if 19 years was recently hit and killed by a drunk driver. I live 30+ miles from the dealership and desperately needed my brakes and oil changed. As a person on my own now I wasn't sure how I was going to get this done. I called to make the appointment expecting I'd just go there and camp out for an entire day. Much to my surprise the dealership gave me a loaner car so u was able to drop the car off one day and come back to pick it up the next. We both work 7 am to 5 pm so we must drop off the night before thus making two round trips for this service, fuel and time these days are at a premium, as I'm certain you are aware of.     "Everyone was nice and professional and before I left I would have rated the service as Exceptional. When I drove my car, however, I realized that the sunroof rattle I asked to be addressed was still there and became very frustrated as this is an ongoing issue. The service rep explained I had worn bushings and the rattle was fixed. Not being a mechanic I thought he meant bushings related to the sunroof mechanics. When I got home (a 90 minute drive by the way) I discussed this with my husband & he said bushings have nothing to do with the sunroof. Thanks for changing my bushings but my roof still rattles & it's driving me crazy! Upon review of my receipt, I noticed that the service rep wrote 'Customer states rattle coming from the passenger side rear' never noting that I said 'SUNROOF rattles & sounds like its coming form the rear passenger side.' I mentioned the sunroof several times in our discussion stating this was an ongoing issue. In fact, I looked at last year's service record where I stated the same thing. My receipt stated 'customer states during cold weather sunroof will rattle. Reply - Sunroof glass misadjusted - Readjusted sunroof glass.' This is a documented ongoing issue that has not be sufficiently addressed. Returning to the dealership is a hardship as you are 90 minutes away so basically I just deal with the noise since it's not a safety issue. This rattle, however, is affecting the enjoyment of my car and having a negative impact my desire to buy another Mini. While I am happy with the professional style of customer service I receive, the lack of attention to detail when recording a customer stated issue is cause for concern. Couple that with an annoying & ongoing rattle (which I was told wouldn't happen when I bought the car and expressed my concerned about getting a sunroof) and a 90 minute drive for service that didn't solve my problem, a rating of average is reasonable."   –   Laura B., BLOOMINGTON, IN Feb 27, 2013

(Not clean and fresh oil) If they changed it I do not think they let the old oil completely drain or possibly the filter was not changed out. Again, the oil is quite discolored and smells well used from the dipstick.
