Welcome to Dreyer & Reinbold MINI. I’m Jim Barth, and I’ve been working at Dreyer & Reinbold MINI since June of 2002. I grew up right here in Indianapolis but for some reason I moved away in ’94. After moving all around the country/world (Colorado, Georgia, Kenya, the UK, and I think there’s a few more places in there as well) I finally came to my senses and moved back here to the Circle City in 2002. Why would I want to be anywhere else? Here at MINI I get to drive around in cool cars all day and hang out with best customers in the world!!

Hi my name is Todd Bourff. I have been the in automotive business now for 20 years since May of 1998. I love the customers and my co-workers, such a good vibe. As a kid, I spent a lot of time at our car dealership with my dad and that’s where I got my love for automotive business. I got to see it all go down, the new car smells, the sales process and the happiness people got when they got something new! It has been a lot of fun ever since. I am married to an amazing wife and have two beautiful daughters. Having a family is my greatest accomplishment and I cherish spending as much time with them as possible. I have seen Dave Matthews Band 42 times, and recently went sky diving. Come see me at Mini. We have a lot of fun and the cars are a blast to drive.

Hi, I’m Kylie Lowe! I started with Dreyer & Reinbold MINI in May 2019. I was born in South Florida, raised on the West Side, spent 5 years in NYC, and now, I’m up in Carmel and loving every bit of it! I’m most known for my bright red hair and (usually) being the shortest person in the room. I swim 3 miles 4 days a week, love working on my photography in my spare time and have 4 amazing dogs that make me smile! I’ve been obsessed with MINIs since 2007 and started saving for one of my own as soon as I possibly could. My dream came true when I found my 2015 Chili Red 2 Door Hardtop (I call her Elizabeth) in August 2017! Come join the MINI family and don’t forget to wave!

I worked at BMW for 8 months before making my journey to MINI (they’re more fun over here anyways 😉) I absolutely love cars and have grown up in the car business as my dad was in the industry for 40 years! In my free time, I love to hang out in my neighborhood in South Broad Ripple, spend time with my family, and dance the night away at the Vogue! Hi my name is Todd Hartley. I’ve been with Dreyer and Reinbold MINI since October of 2019. I am originally from New York and have been a Hoosier for 20 years. In my spare time I enjoy riding my mountain bike around Fishers, playing my bass guitar and taking my American bulldog Frankie for walks and car rides. One of my favorite aspects of working here is being able to engage with so many great people, and getting to be a part of their MINI experience. Very proud and grateful to work here.
