When your journey takes you outside city limits, the gasoline engine and electric motor work together smoothly and effectively to extend your range up to 270 miles.
For longer excursions, save battery mode smartly uses the power generated by the gasoline engine to partially recharge the battery and keep it at a 90% charge, so you can go where your adventures lead, and switch back to electric mode when you get there.
