Just got Heathcliff back from service. Dreyer & Reinbold Mini did their usual outstanding job and he operates just like he did in ‘08 before he had 155,000 miles +. I was in search for an SUV and stopped by Dreyer & Reinbold. I fell in love with QX60 which has all the bells and whistles plus airbags for all passengers, which I don't think any other SUV on the market does. For the last 4 months I have spent countless hours on the Internet trying to find a certified preowned Mustang GT. Finally a 2004 Bright yellow Mustang GT pops up for the right price along with a clean Carfax. I made one phone call and Jerry Lee answered. Long story short... UPDATE: 3-19-14 In fairness to Dreyer & Reinbold, specifically their service department, I wanted to update my review. After speaking with a MINI customer care expert at their 1-800 number, I received a call from Thomas the service manager at D&R asking for another chance to try and repair the transmission issue with my MINI. They initially replaced a part of the transmission, then test drove the car only to find it still had the issue. This is the 5th BMW I have bought from Dreyer over a 10+ year period. Never anything but the best in sales and service. Carl is in a league of his own. He never forgets my name! Pricing is not down and dirty, but fair. Everyone is always very pleasant to me and to the others I have recommended to go in to buy. Dreyer also supports the local BMW CCA chapter in their events. Great dealership customer service wise. Prices leave a little to be desired though. They really do not bend from MSRP. I would think maybe once you are a regular customer they might. However, paying the premium is worth it. They do have free Saturday car washes and BMW loaners for customers who bought their car at D&R.
